• Establishes the general Shwe Taung Retail Business, F&B’s Marketing Strategy, the yearly Shwe Taung Retail Business, F&B’s Marketing Plan and makes the presentation to the Senior Management.
• Fully responsible for the Shwe Taung Retail Business, F&B’s marketing proper functioning including associated, finances and implementation.
• Supervises, recruits, appraises the Shwe Taung Retail Business, F&B’s Sales & Marketing associates.
• Communicates all promotions in a timely and professional manner establishing weekly meetings and is responsible for their recording and distribution.
