• ပညာအရည်အချင်းအထက်တန်းအောင်မြင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
• အသက် (၁၈) နှစ်မှ (၂၅) နှစ်အတွင်းဖြစ်ရမည်။
• ကိုရီးယားအလှကုန်များနှင့် ပတ်သတ်ပြီးစိတ်ဝင်စားသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
• သက်ဆိုင်ရာ လုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံ (၆)လ ရှိရမည်
• အသင်းအဖွဲ့နှင့်လုပ်ဆောင်တတ်ပြီး ပေါင်းသင်းဆက်ဆံရေး ပြေပြစ် ကောင်းမွန်ရမည်။
• ကုမ္ပဏီမှချမှတ်ထားသော စည်းကမ်းများကို လိုက်နာနိုင်ရမည်။
• Cosmetic အပိုင်းတွင်အတွေ့အကြုံရှိသူဦးစားပေးမည်။
• မန္တလေး မြို့ အတွင်း assigned ကျ သော နေရာများသို့ သွားရောက် ထမ်းဆောင်နိုင်ရမည်။

HR Manager (Male /Female – 1 Post)

Role Description

As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the overall Human Resources function of the company. Reporting to senior management, you will oversee HR operations, develop and implement HR policies, ensure legal compliance, and support business growth through effective people management. This role requires strong leadership, policy expertise, and strategic HR capability to build a professional and positive workplace culture.

Job Descriptions
• Lead, manage, and supervise the overall HR department and HR staff

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook

• Ensure full compliance with Myanmar labor laws, employment regulations, and company standards

• Monitor changes in employment legislation and update HR practices accordingly

• Oversee manpower planning, recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes

• Partner with department heads to identify staffing needs and organizational requirements

• Establish and manage performance management systems, KPIs, and appraisal processes

• Handle employee relations matters including disciplinary actions, grievance handling, and conflict resolution

• Provide guidance to management on HR-related matters and organizational development
• Oversee compensation, benefits administration, payroll coordination, and HR budgeting

• Promote a positive, inclusive, and performance-driven workplace culture

• Prepare HR reports and provide insights to management for decision-making

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 7–10 years of progressive HR experience, including 3–5 years in an HR Manager or Assistant HR Manager role
-Strong knowledge of Myanmar labor laws and HR best practices
-Proven leadership and people management skills
-Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities
-High level of integrity with the ability to handle confidential information
-Experience in distribution, FMCG, retail, or cosmetics industry is an advantage
