Biography
The first-ever Swedish-Myanmar winner of Miss Universe Myanmar, Thet San Andersen is a fashion designer, media producer, and international entrepreneur. As a fashion and lifestyle influencer, she promotes sustainable fashion through her personal creations and social media styling. She runs the clothing brand “Seints Studio,” which is heavily influenced by Southeast Asian culture.

As a media producer, she recently released “MYANMAR HOMECOMING QUEEN,” the first documentary to showcase the rise of the Myanmar pageant industry and its positive social impact. Thet San was also a jury for Asia World Film Festival in Hollywood. A polyglot, Thet San speaks six languages: Burmese, English, Swedish, Danish, French, and Korean.

A multi-award-winning creative entrepreneur, she received the “Ung Svensk Form 2019” (Young Swedish Design) award, supported by the Swedish Government, and the “Culture Talent Award” in Southern Sweden in 2018.

Projects & Philanthropy
Thet San leads an international advocacy project, “Mistys for Myanmar,” which focuses on inclusive education for self-sufficiency. The initiative promotes vocational training and provides guidance on scholarship applications for young adults. She has successfully collaborated with international institutions, including Mahidol University and Rangsit University International College with success in Thailand and Myanmar. Additionally, she is a TEDx Speaker, sharing insights on achieving success through creative education.
