"STEP In, Step Out, Step Back"

When I was teaching Level 5 to Level 7, one topic I always stress was …'STEP IN, STEP OUT and STEP BACK' process.

The time has come to highlight this process for Peace and Prosperity of our people and our country.

“Myanmar APN not showing due respect to their customers queries”

There is no update news as yet why internet service is cut off (not available). It has been 24 hours with NO INTERNET.., not slow Internet, but NO INTERNET at all!

I have used Myanmar APN for 3 years, and only I give positive feedback such as on January 7th 2024, how Myanmar APN is media how efficient Myanmar APN in service recovery. Now, with much disappointment, this time communication to the customer is TOTAL BLACK OUT. Only repeating, “Sir, until now, there is no update will inform you back when we get an update, sir” like a prerecorded message that is repeat upon asking them the progress status
If truly Myanmar APN engineers are doing something about it, they should be updating if not hourly, at least after 2 hours or so. Now after 24 hours of zero internet no progress report being sent to their customers.

Sadly, this time when Myanmar APN is face with challenges to communicate (updating) with their customers, I would rank 2 from the scale of 1 (very poor) to 10 (excellent).

Understanding the overall situation in Burma, the customers do not expect an immediate resolution to this problem that we are facing, but only needs to know the progress…

"Is this too much to ask????"
