The planner’s job doesn’t stop when the day of the event arrives. She should have the logistics of the day worked out ahead of time. On the day of event, she makes sure those logistics play out as planned.

Many event planners handle follow up activities for clients. This might include making sure that all vendors get paid on time. He might also handle things such as returning rented items or sending out thank you message to those involved. Event and planning services take the stress off of the client, so that it will be easier to turn the event into success.
