Job Descriptions for : Senior Sales & Marketing Staff

​•​Minimum 3 - 5 years of proven experience in Sales and Marketing, preferably in the construction, interior design, or related industry.

​•​Willingness and ability to travel to construction sites as required.

​•​Strong understanding of construction processes, terminology, and materials.

​•​Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

​•​Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email communication, and CRM tools (if any).

​•​Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and project stakeholders.

​•​Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

​•​Must be self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work under pressure.

​•​A good team player with the ability to work independently when needed.

​•​Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
Additional Assets (Preferred but not required).

​•​Knowledge of interior fit-out, renovation, or architectural products.

​•​Experience working closely with project managers or technical teams.

​•​Background in business development or B2B sales.
