Requirement

Requirements:
🔹Any Graduate with Diploma in HRM/HRD or bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
🔹Prefer MBA or MBA in HR Management Plus
🔹Minimal 5Years of experiences and Managerial Role in 3years with progressively increasing responsibilities. ( More Prefer Mobile Distributions or FMCG Distributions Industry)
🔹Leadership and Management Skills
🔹Problem-Solving and Decision-Making Skills
🔹Conflict Resolution Skills
🔹Communication and Interpersonal Skills
🔹Prefer candidates who can join immediately
