COVID-19 မျိုးရိုးဗီဇပြောင်း Omicron ကူးစက်ပြန့်ပွားမှုကို ထိန်းချုပ်ကာကွယ်ရန် အာဏာပိုင်များမှထုတ်ပြန်သည့် သွားလာမှုကန့်သတ်ခြင်း အမိန့်လမ်းညွှန်ချက်အရ Air KBZ အနေဖြင့် ၂၀၂၁ ခုနစ်၊ ဒီဇင်ဘာလ၊ ၆ ရက်နေ့မှ စတင်၍ ကလးခရီးစဉ်ကို ယာယီရပ်ဆိုင်းမည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
အဆိုပါကာလအတွင်းခရီးစဉ်များအတွက် လက်မှတ်ဝယ်ယူထားသောခရီးသည်များအနေဖြင့် အောက်ပါ (Simplified Travel Policy) ပုံတွင်ဖော်ပြထားသည့် ရွေးချယ်ခွင့်များ ပြုလုပ်နိုင်ပါကြောင်း အသိပေးအပ်ပါသည်။
၁။ ၂၀၂၁ ခုနစ်၊ ဒီဇင်ဘာလ၊ ၆ ရက်နေ့မှ ၂၀၂၂ခုနစ်၊ ဇန်န၀ါရီလ၊ ၃၁ရက်နေ့ အတွင်း ခရီးစဉ်များအတွက် ခရီးသည် လက်မှတ်ဝယ်ယူစဉ် လေကြောင်းလိုင်းမှ လက်ခံရရှိထားသော တန်ဖိုးငွေအတိုင်း ငွေအပြည့်ပြန်အမ်းပေးပါမည်။
၂။ ၂၀၂၂ ခုနှစ်၊ ဇန်န၀ါရီလ၊ ၃၁ရက်နေ့ (သို့မဟုတ်) လက်မှတ်သက်တမ်းကာလအတွင်း ခရီးစဉ်ပြန်လည်ပြေးဆွဲမည့်ရက်များသို့ ထိုင်ခုံနေရာရရှိမှုပေါ်မူတည်၍ တစ်ကြိမ် "အခမဲ့" ရက်အပြောင်းအလဲပြုလုပ်ပေးပါမည်။
၃။ အသွားလက်မှတ် (သို့မဟုတ်) အသုံးမပြုရသေးသည့် အသွားအပြန်လက်မှတ်များအတွက် ခရီးသည်အမည်ပြောင်းလဲခြင်း တစ်ကြိမ် "အခမဲ့" ကို လက်မှတ်သက်တမ်းကာလအတွင်း အပြောင်းအလဲပြုလုပ်ပေးပါမည် ။
*Online Travel Agents (OTA) အပါအဝင် Travel Agents (အရောင်းကိုယ်စားလှယ်များ) မှတဆင့် လက်မှတ်ဝယ်ယူထားသည့် ခရီးသည်များအနေဖြင့် ပြန်အမ်းငွေလျှောက်ထားခြင်း၊ ရက်အပြောင်းအလဲပြုလုပ်ခြင်း၊ ခရီးသည်အမည်ပြောင်းလဲခြင်းနှင့် ခရီးစဉ်ပြောင်းလဲခြင်းများကို သက်ဆိုင်ရာအရောင်းကိုယ်စားလှယ်များမှတဆင့် လျှောက်ထားနိုင်ပါသည်။

As per the recently released restricted movement order guideline by Local Authorities to prevent the variant spread of Omicron coronavirus, we will temporarily suspend our Kalay operations, effective 06 Dec 2021.
We offer the following Simplified Travel Policy for passengers with travel dates during this period.
1. Full refund for ticket of flight cancelled with travel date between 06 Dec 2021 to 31 Jan 2022
2. One-time date change free to the next available flight based on seat availability within ticket validity or until 31 Jan 2022
3. One-time name change free
* For bookings made through Travel Agents including Online Travel Agents (OTA), date change, name change and refund requests are to be made via the respective Travel Agent accordingly.
