မြေစေး (Clay) ရဲ့ နူးညံ့တဲ့ အထိအတွေ့နဲ့အတူ မိမိအတွင်းစိတ်ထဲက စကားလုံးနဲ့ ဖော်ပြရခက်တဲ့ ခံစားချက်တွေကို ပုံဖော်ရင်း စိတ်ဖိစီးမှုတွေကို လွတ်ချပစ်ဖို့ အဆင်သင့်ဖြစ်ပြီလား။ လက်ဖဝါးနှစ်ဖက်ရဲ့ လှုပ်ရှားမှုကတစ်ဆင့် စိတ်ဖိစီးမှုတွေကို ပုံဖော်ထုဆစ်ပြီး "စိတ်ကို အေးချမ်းစွာ ပြန်လည်တည်ဆောက်မယ့်" ခရီးစဉ်မှာ ပါဝင်ဖို့ ဖိတ်ခေါ်အပ်ပါတယ်။ 🤲✨

- မြေစေး၏ အထိအတွေ့မှတစ်ဆင့် ပစ္စုပ္ပန်တည့်တည့်သို့ အာရုံရောက်ရှိစေပြီး အာရုံငါးပါးနှင့် ချိတ်ဆက်ကာ စိတ်လှုပ်ရှားမှုများကို တည်ငြိမ်စေခြင်း။
- စကားလုံးတွေနဲ့ ပြောပြဖို့ ခက်ခဲနေတဲ့ ဝေဒနာနှင့် ခံစားချက်များကို ရုပ်လုံးပေါ်အောင် ထုဆစ်ရင်း လွတ်လပ်စွာ ထုတ်ဖော်ကာ စိတ်သက်သာရာရစေခြင်း။
