About Us

We believe that every young person no matter where they are born deserves equal access to education, skills, and opportunities. That’s why our mission is clear:

BIRD’s VISION
A future where rural youth across Burma have equal access to education, skills, and opportunities to build sustainable livelihoods and resilient communities.

BIRD’s MISSION
To empower rural youth, particularly in Central Burma, by building pathways to higher education, and social cohesion through dialogue and cultural exchange with diverse ethnic.

BIRD’s OBJECTIVES
• To strengthen rural development by building the capacity and leadership of rural youth through empowerment and skills-building programs.
• To enhance access to education and knowledge through shorten-training and workshops.
• To encourage youth participation in community and social development by creating platforms for dialogue, such as youth talks, discussions, essay competitions, and blog competitions.
• To promote inclusive and sustainable rural development by supporting youth engagement, creativity, and community-driven initiatives.

ကျွန်တော်တို့ BIRDအဖွဲ့သားများအနေနဲ့ လူငယ်တိုင်းလူငယ်တိုင်း မည်သည့်နေရာတွင် မွေးဖွားလာသည်ဖြစ်စေ ပညာရေး၊ ကျွမ်းကျင်မှုများနှင့် အခွင့်အလမ်း‌တွေကို တန်းတူညီမျှ လက်လှမ်းမီရရှိသင့်သည်ဟု ယုံကြည်ထားပါတယ်။ ဒါကြောင့် ကျွန်တော်တို့ BIRDအဖွဲ့ရဲ့ ရည်မှန်းချက်များအနေနဲ့

မြန်မာနိုင်ငံအလယ်ပိုင်း၊အထူးသဖြင့် ကျေးလက်ဒေသရှိ လူငယ်များအား အဆင့်မြင့်ပညာရေးသို့ လမ်းကြောင်းများ ဖန်တီးပေးခြင်းနှင့် လူ့အဖွဲ့အစည်းများအကြား ဆွေးနွေးပွဲများနှင့် ယဉ်ကျေးမှုဖလှယ်မှုများမှတစ်ဆင့် လူမှုညီညွတ်မှုကို မြှင့်တင်ပေးခြင်းအားဖြင့် စွမ်းအားမြှင့်တင်ပေးရန်။

BIRD ၏ OBJECTIVES (ရည်ရွယ်ချက်များ)

၁။ ကျေးလက်ဒေသဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုးတက်ရေးအား အားဖြည့်တည်ဆောက်ခြင်း၊စွမ်းအားမြှင့်တင်ရေးနှင့် ကျွမ်းကျင်မှုမြှင့်တင်ရေးအစီအစဉ်များမှတစ်ဆင့် ကျေးလက်လူငယ်များ၏ စွမ်းရည်နှင့် ဦးဆောင်မှုကို မြှင့်တင်ခြင်း။

၂။ ပညာရေးနှင့် အသိပညာရရှိမှု တိုးချဲ့မြှင့်တင်ခြင်း၊သင်တန်းများနှင့် လုပ်ငန်းဆွေးနွေးပွဲများမှတစ်ဆင့် သင်ယူနိုင်သည့် အခွင့်အလမ်းများကို တိုးချဲ့ပေးခြင်း။

၃။ လူငယ်များ၏ ပါဝင်ဆောင်ရွက်မှုကို အားပေးမြှင့်တင်ခြင်း၊လူငယ်စကားဝိုင်းများ၊ ဆွေးနွေးပွဲများ၊ စာစီစာကုံးပြိုင်ပွဲများနှင့် ဘလော့ဂ်ပြိုင်ပွဲများ စသည့် ဆွေးနွေးဖလှယ်ရေးပလက်ဖောင်းများ ဖန်တီးပေးခြင်း။

၄။ ပါဝင်မှုရှိပြီး တည်တံ့ခိုင်မြဲသော ဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုးတက်ရေးကို မြှင့်တင်ခြင်း၊လူငယ်များ၏ ဖန်တီးနိုင်စွမ်း၊ ပါဝင်ဆောင်ရွက်မှုနှင့် အသိုင်းအဝိုင်းအခြေပြု အစီအစဉ်များကို ထောက်ပံ့အားပေးခြင်းဖြင့် ရေရှည်အကျိုးသက်ရောက်မှု ရရှိစေရန်။
