👩‍💻 Solar Engineer 👨‍💻

At Pyae Wa Engineering Co., Ltd , we are passionate about driving the transition to clean and sustainable energy.

With a growing portfolio of residential, commercial, and industrial solar projects, we launched the solar section and we
are seeking a Solar Engineer to help design, develop, and implement innovative solar power systems.

✅Key Responsibilities
• Design solar PV systems (on-grid, off-grid, and hybrid), including layout, inverter/battery selection, and energy yield calculations under the guidance of superior
• Prepare electrical schematics, single-line diagrams, and cable schedules
• Perform site assessments, shading analysis, and system sizing
• Coordinate with procurement and installation teams to ensure smooth project ex*****on
• Ensure compliance with local electrical and solar energy regulations and standards
• Support commissioning and troubleshooting of solar PV systems
• Prepare project documentation and reports

✅Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in solar PV system design and engineering (preferred)
• Knowledge on AutoCAD, PVsyst, Helioscope, or similar design tools
• Knowledge on solar components (inverters, batteries, panels, mounting systems)
• Familiarity with local and international electrical codes (e.g., NEC, IEC)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

✅Nice to Have
• Experience with hybrid and battery storage systems
• Grid interconnection knowledge and utility application experience

Job Title : Project Engineer (Electrical & ELV)
Duty Station : Yangon (able to travel if necessary)
Duration : Permanent (with 3-month probation period)
Recruitment date : as soon as possible

💡General Roles and Responsibilities

Under the close supervision of our Chief Engineer
1. To monitor the site progress according with installation schedule and the quality of work with approved shop drawings & method of statements.
2. To coordinate all parties from client, consultant and main contractor.
3. To be part of proactive MEP Site Team
4. To manage the site labor force which include supervising and monitoring day to day.
5. To resolve unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
6. To prepare necessary documentation about site progress.

💡Qualification and Requirement

1. Electrical (or) Electronic degree in Engineering
2. Knowledge on construction’s Civil drawings and MEP drawings. Working knowledge on AutoCad.
3. Knowledge on Electrical and ELV materials’ specification and working principle.
4. At least 3 years of construction experience with working knowledge of Electrical and ELV.
5. Knowledge on construction procedures and practices
6. Computer literate in AutoCAD, excel, word, power point and etc.
7. Must be able to travel (Person with valid driving license is preferable)
