In my part of the world, June and July are the wind-down months - everything slowing toward August. On land, that’s true for me too.

At sea, it’s the opposite. Cannes, the Monaco, and the work to prepare for September is all go.

Followed Cannes Lions from the sidelines this year, mostly out of curiosity. It’s left me with more to think about than I expected — this is the first of a few takeaways I’ll be sharing here over the coming weeks.
