Salam! Labass?

Our next brings us back to 1994.

In the heart of the medina, children turn stone ledges into playgrounds while elders rest nearby. This moment, frozen in time, could just as easily belong to today.

That’s the magic of Fes: the walls may be centuries old, but they’re not silent relics.

They’re alive with
laughter,

conversation,

and everyday rhythms that have carried on for generations.

Childhood joy, community gatherings, and the pulse of daily life.

I feel that some things never change, and that’s what makes places like Fez eternal.

See you in Fes,
Abdul

Salam! Labass? Today, we share a secret ingredient of Moroccan dishes. Pssst, share it with your friends. ✨️

Moroccan Ras el Hanout consists of a complex blend of up to 40 different spices like: cardamon, turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, black pepper, nutmeg, and coriander, which vary from one herbalist 🌱 to another.

This aromatic blend is used to season a wide range of Moroccan dishes such as tagines, stews, meats, and couscous, giving them a rich and unique flavour.

What is your favourite spice that reminds you of Moroccan flavours?

See you in Fes,
Abdul & Marta
