To address the challenges at customer plant sites, including complex processes, high costs, long timelines, and difficulty in rapid implementation, KERUI has developed an EPCC project for a natural gas processing plant for South Asian clients. The project employs a modular design, achieving a 15%–25% reduction in project costs, effectively shortening construction schedules and enhancing construction efficiency. The project is designed with a processing capacity of 250 MMSCFD, making it the leading-scale natural gas processing project in the region, capable of meeting one-third of local household natural gas demand. At oil and gas fracturing operation sites, traditional fracturing equipment often faces issues such as insufficient power and short maintenance cycles, with simple control methods, weak data monitoring, and limited remote management capabilities, making it difficult to meet the demands of high-intensity continuous operations. KERUI has customized multiple sets of 2000-type fracturing units for extended oilfields, equipped with MTU engines, providing abundant power and stable operation, with major equipment overhauls exceeding 10,000 hours, fully meeting the construction conditions of large displacement and high pressure. The whole unit is simple and easy to operate, highly compatible, and the remote control system can interface with instrument vehicles, remote control boxes, tablets, and other terminals, allowing real-time viewing of construction parameters, warning prompts, and historical reports. The two parties will carry out multi-level and comprehensive cooperation in the fields of special oil and gas energy equipment research and manufacturing, intelligent operation and maintenance services, and core technology breakthroughs. Cluster wells have become the mainstream development model for large-scale production of overseas oil fields due to their intensive land use and high production efficiency. In response to the needs of South American customers, KERUI has developed and manufactured a cluster well drilling rig. This rig adopts a rail-type cluster well transfer system, which allows the entire rig to be relocated while fully assembled, with supporting equipment transported simultaneously, simplifying the relocation process and shortening the construction period. The equipment has strong adaptability and can be arranged in double-row well groups with a well spacing of 15 meters and row spacing of 30 meters, meeting the development requirements of 12 oil wells.
