Today we learned about desing thinking history, main concepts and digged into mapping exercises. Rushed and underestimated experience mapping often result in false decisions and bad designs.
Adding more time, patience and focus gave us new perspective on actual problem stakeholders, influencers and systemic patterns of industry in general.
