On Friday, January 9, we kicked off our annual winter event ❄️

At first we had Proof IT AI Conference at Radisson Blu Latvia. We explored what it really means to work with AI today — from AI in Action to colleagues’ journeys toward 100% AI-assisted coding, and our place in an ever-changing IT world.

And then… we switched gears 🎸
The evening turned into a full-on Proof IT Rock Party with live music, dancing, a rock music quiz, and plenty of unforgettable moments. Judging by the feedback, many of our colleagues called it our best party ever — and we couldn’t agree more.

Thank you to everyone who made this day (and night) so special. This is what Proof IT is all about — work smart, play hard 💙

This holiday season, Proof IT decided to focus on giving back. Instead of traditional gifts, we allocated the majority of our Christmas budget to support causes identified as significant:
- An audiologist-canine therapy program that brings joy and motivation to children through the companionship of two therapy dogs during their therapy sessions 🐶
- Supporting Ukrainian soldiers, showing our solidarity with those who continue to demonstrate incredible courage and resilience 🇺🇦
- An animal shelter, offering care, warmth, and safety to our fluffier friends 🐾

All of this, simply because we care! 💙

We also had a wonderful celebration at the office, exchanged Christmas cards received in the Christmas post, and shared small gifts as tokens to remember the positive change we supported.

While the holiday cheer may be winding down, our official Winter party is still ahead—stay tuned for more festive fun! ✨

IT and gaming – is it just a stereotype, or is it our reality? We won't confirm or deny, but we can assure you it was the theme of this year's Proof IT annual Winter Event. 🥳

🎮 An exciting video game tournament took place at our cozy city center office, featuring arcades, PlayStation, virtual reality, and other game consoles.

As the evening progressed at Andrejostas quarter, inevitably turning into a night party, we reflected on the highlights of 2023, celebrated achievements, and teamwork. The event reached its peak with an impressive dance showdown, featuring our skilled team stealing the spotlight and dominating the dance floor. 💃🕺
