Meet our guest speaker - Kristofers Krūmiņš!
Kristofers is currently a student at Sciences Po and has an avid interest in everything that concerns politics and international relations. Besides his studies, he actively takes part in various events organized by the Latvian Debate association “Quo Tu domā” and is also a member of the debate society at his own university. Some of his debate achievements include participating in the World Schools Debating Championships as a member of Team Latvia (2019-2021) and reaching the ESL semi-finals at Cambridge IV and finals at Oxford IV. Kristofers will try to provide some tips and tricks for improving your argumentation and spotting weaknesses in that of others.

When participating in MUN, you become a representative of a whole country, so looking good is a necessity! ✨ Prepare your best suit, make an appointment with a hairdresser, and we’ll see you in January. Of course, don't forget your computer, pens and paper! Even the online format has its standards!

Three long years have passed since the last LVMUN conference, but we are finally back and ready to have the most exciting MUN Latvia has experienced! All university and high school students gather around and fill out the application form ✍🏻. In return you will get the chance to explore relevant issues, debate like a true diplomat and collaborate with students from all around the world. And of course what would be a conference without a valuable certificate which would be a great addition to your resume as well as reminder of all the great memories made along? 🤩

As organization that is surrounded by international community, LVMUN has established partnerships with the KIIT International MUN. Our team wants to express how thankful we are to all of the organisers from KIIT side because the experience exchange happening this Tuesday gave lots of insights and positive energy that we will invest in our event.
