TAVS UZDEVUMS

• Komunicēt ar klientiem, saprast viņu vajadzības un veidot profesionālas attiecības
• Pārvaldīt projektu gaitu – no dizaina apstiprinājumiem līdz nodošanai programmētājiem, līdz nodošanai klientam
• Sekot līdzi termiņiem, kontrolēt kvalitāti un prasīt atbildību no komandas
• Organizēt iekšējās sapulces, būt kā tiltam starp dizainu, izstrādi un klientu
• Risināt problēmas un virzīt projektus uz mērķi bez drāmas
• Spēt pieņemt lēmumus, uzņemties atbildību un loģiski spriest un vērtēt situāciju
• Darbs izmantojot projekta vadības rīkus, plānošanu, atskaites, regulāras plānotas online/klātienes tikšanās

KO MĒS MEKLĀJAM:

• Tev ir pieredze IT vai digitālajā projektu vadībā (vismaz 1 gads)
• Pieredze pārdošanā (priekšrocība)
• Tu runā un raksti izcili latviski. Angļu valoda tiek uzskatīta par priekšrocību
• Tev ir spēcīgas komunikācijas prasmes, esi atbildīgs/-a un domā proaktīvi
• Esi kā zivs ūdenī un patīk mūsdienīgi, inovatīvi projekti, vietnes, rīki, aplikācijas
• Tu zini, kā strādā WordPress, UX dizains, un saproti cilvēkus un spēj izanalizēt nepieciešamības, veidot komunikāciju (nav jāprogrammē)
• Tu spēj darboties patstāvīgi, bet arī koordinē komandu

Marketing Shake is one of the most awaited festival for marketing and communications enthusiasts and experts in Latvia. We are proud to collaborate in developing an unforgettable website for presenting the Marketing Shake festival in 2024.🔜

✔️Based on the brand’s colors and pre-prepared creative icons, we have developed a website that is not only an informative resource, but also tells a story through inspiring design elements, providing an exciting experience for website users.

✔️With Elementor Pro tools, we have created dynamic motion effects and animations, giving visitors an interactive experience and allowing them to feel the spirit of the festival through a unique design.

We are thrilled to share that the world-renowned fashion brand DIOR has chosen to collaborate with Latvian company Modern Nomad Hammocks. Modern Nomad, known for their innovative hammocks and accessories, has shown that a well-crafted digital experience can truly set a brand apart, because that's how they were found by DIOR.

Jānis, CEO of Modern Nomad, said it best: "One conclusion from this collaboration is that it’s important to invest in reputation. Initially, it’s expensive, and sometimes you don't see the immediate benefit, like why hire a photographer for hundreds or thousands of euros instead of using photos taken on a phone. At some point, it makes a huge difference. We are demanding about content and have purposefully followed this path."

✅ User journey never stops: In UI design development, the focus was on enhancing user experience, strategically planning the logical sequence of content and functionality to effectively engage and persuade users. Every element of the website is crafted to engage user and guide visitors through the site with the end result – showing the wide and deep experience in VILGERTS provided Law services.
