Luxembourg’s Administrative Court has annulled the €746m GDPR fine imposed on Amazon in 2021 by the CNPD, while still confirming most of the violations linked to targeted advertising.
The case is now sent back to the CNPD, which must reassess whether a new sanction should be imposed.
