In this presentation I will introduce the Trauma Egg as a simple and powerful visual tool to help individuals understand how past experiences—especially early life events, attachment wounds, and relationship trauma—shape the beliefs they carry about themselves today. Whether you are the betrayed partner or the one who caused harm, the Trauma Egg helps map out how painful experiences become internal messages such as “I’m not enough,” “I’m unsafe,” or “I don’t matter.”

Participants will learn how this roadmap supports healing by bringing clarity, compassion, and structure to the recovery process. The presentation focuses on understanding patterns, reducing shame, and creating a pathway toward healing negative core beliefs so individuals can move forward with greater self-awareness, emotional freedom, and hope.
