Meet Mohau G. Ramakhula Digital Transformation Manager & Solutions Architect at Econet Telecom Lesotho (ETL) with over 9 years of experience across telecommunications, banking, fintech, enterprise architecture, digital payments, and digital transformation.

Mohau brings extensive experience from leading and contributing to impactful initiatives across Southern Africa, including:

💡 Mobile money platforms

💡 Instant payments infrastructure

💡 API ecosystems

💡 Digital financial services innovation

💡 AI-driven solutions and emerging technologies

Before joining ETL, he played a key role at the Central Bank of Lesotho, managing critical payment systems such as SWIFT, RTGS, ACH, card switching, and instant payment platforms.

Currently, he drives enterprise architecture strategy, digital innovation, AI adoption, API management, and emerging technologies at ETL while championing 4IR technology adoption.

Beyond the corporate world, Mohau is also passionate about fintech innovation, embedded finance, financial inclusion, startup mentorship, and building digital ecosystems across Africa 🌍✨

We are excited to welcome Tieho Letsoara as one of our speakers for Build with AI 2026 happening on 30th May 2026 at American Corner Maseru.

Tieho Letsoara is an accomplished cybersecurity and information security professional with over a decade of experience in ICT, information security, and cybersecurity operations. He brings extensive expertise in cybersecurity governance, risk management, incident response, security operations, and enterprise security strategy implementation.

Currently serving as the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) for the Government of Lesotho under the Ministry of Information, Communications, Science, Technology and Innovation, Tieho has played a vital role in strengthening cybersecurity resilience across both public and private sectors in Lesotho.

With experience spanning banking and telecommunications industries, he has successfully led Security Operations Centre (SOC) initiatives focused on cyber resilience, threat detection, security monitoring, and incident response.
His credentials include globally recognised certifications such as:

🔹 Microsoft Security Certification
🔹 EC-Council Associate C|CISO
