The reason I decided to do this Murder in the Cassava Patch piece is simple: 96% of people who read it still don’t get how or why Tene was killed.

And honestly, you can’t blame them. That book is long and kinda boring. You read it and before you know it, you’ve lost track lol.
I heard they don’t even teach it in junior high anymore. Good thing.

So I just jotted down the important events that led to her being killed in the cassava patch—from the day she told Gortokai they weren’t siblings, to the day he asked her to cook dumboy for him.
