Peking University had 21 papers accepted at the 71st IEEE International Electron Devices Meeting (IEDM 2025), held in San Francisco. Based on first-author affiliations, PKU recorded the highest number of accepted papers at this year’s conference.

These papers covered advanced logic and memory technologies, emerging electronic devices, low-dimensional materials and devices, and power electronics.

Peking University has participated in IEDM for 19 consecutive years, and has recorded the highest number of accepted papers among universities for five consecutive years.
