Steady progress on the ongoing construction of a Two-Bedroom Apartment (Upstairs Building) at St. Joseph's Catholic Hospital.

Significant milestones have been achieved in the foundation and substructure phase:
Foundation Formwork: 95% complete, with only minor areas pending final adjustments.

Grade/Tie Beams: 85% complete, with remaining sections awaiting final reinforcement checks and concrete placement.

Backfilling Works: 25% completed using approved materials and proper compaction methods.

We currently implementing the construction of a two-bedroom upstairs apartment building for St. Joseph's Catholic Hospital, as a Liberian owned construction company supporting improved accommodation and infrastructure within Liberia’s healthcare sector.

Progress Highlights:
•Foundation works are advancing steadily with continued manual excavation of trenches to required dimensions and alignment

•Column base dowel casting is underway, with seven (7) dowels successfully completed during this phase

•All external foundation trenches are now 100% excavated, marking a significant milestone in the project
