𝐋𝐃𝐓𝐏 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐟𝐢𝐫𝐦𝐬 𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐞𝐞𝐝 𝐅𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐛𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐛𝐲 𝐑𝐢𝐬𝐞 𝐓𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐩

The Liberia Digital Transformation Project (LDTP) has received confirmation from its implementing partner, Rise Talent Group, that second and final seed funding disbursements have commenced for eligible businesses under the LDTP Seed Funding Program.

Of the 50 originally selected businesses, 38 met the program’s accountability requirements by submitting proper documentation on the use of their first disbursement and are now receiving their final payment.

The remaining 12 businesses failed to provide adequate reports on how their initial funding was utilized and have therefore been deemed ineligible for further disbursement. In line with LDTP’s transparency and accountability framework, their allocated funds will be remitted to the Liberia Telecommunications Authority (LTA), which will determine how best to repurpose them in support of ongoing digital initiatives.

𝙊𝙫𝙚𝙧 250 𝘾𝙤𝙥𝙞𝙚𝙨 𝘿𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙞𝙗𝙪𝙩𝙚𝙙, 𝘾𝙚𝙡𝙚𝙗𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙄𝙢𝙥𝙖𝙘𝙩 𝘼𝙘𝙧𝙤𝙨𝙨 𝙇𝙞𝙗𝙚𝙧𝙞𝙖

At the heart of this year’s 𝐃𝐈𝐆𝐈𝐓𝐄𝐂𝐇 𝐄𝐗𝐏𝐎 2025, the Liberia Digital Transformation Project (LDTP) proudly launched and distributed over 250 copies of its highly anticipated 2024 Training Magazine — a vibrant documentation of Liberia’s digital progress and success stories.

The magazine chronicles the achievements of the 2024 𝙉𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙡 𝘿𝙞𝙜𝙞𝙩𝙖𝙡 𝙎𝙠𝙞𝙡𝙡𝙨 𝙏𝙧𝙖𝙞𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙋𝙧𝙤𝙜𝙧𝙖𝙢, which 𝙚𝙢𝙥𝙤𝙬𝙚𝙧𝙚𝙙 10,000 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙩𝙝 across all 15 counties with relevant 21st-century skills in digital literacy, entrepreneurship, and emerging technologies. Beyond training, the project also 𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙫𝙞𝙙𝙚𝙙 𝙨𝙚𝙚𝙙 𝙛𝙪𝙣𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙩𝙤 50 𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙢𝙞𝙨𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙧𝙩𝙪𝙥𝙨, enabling young entrepreneurs to turn their digital skills into viable business ventures.

A major highlight of the initiative was the 𝙖𝙬𝙖𝙧𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙤𝙛 15 𝙛𝙪𝙡𝙡𝙮 𝙛𝙪𝙣𝙙𝙚𝙙 𝙨𝙘𝙝𝙤𝙡𝙖𝙧𝙨𝙝𝙞𝙥𝙨 to outstanding students — one selected from each of Liberia’s 15 counties — reflecting LDTP’s deep commitment to inclusive and equitable access to education and opportunity.

The full-color publication features inspiring success stories, testimonials from beneficiaries, insights from implementing partners, and a data-rich overview of the project's national footprint. Copies were distributed to government officials, development partners, training institutions, private sector leaders, and members of the public during the expo.

This magazine is not just a report — it is a celebration of Liberia’s digital future and a call to action to sustain momentum in building a digitally empowered society.

On the margins of the just-ended 𝐃𝐈𝐆𝐈𝐓𝐄𝐂𝐇 𝐄𝐗𝐏𝐎 2025, the Liberia Digital Transformation Project (LDTP) hosted an exciting raffle draw that attracted dozens of enthusiastic participants from across the digital innovation space.

The raffle was part of LDTP’s ongoing efforts to engage the public and promote awareness around Liberia’s digital transformation journey. A total of 145 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐬 entered the draw, and 10 𝐥𝐮𝐜𝐤𝐲 𝐰𝐢𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐬 walked away with amazing tech prizes — including brand-new 𝐢𝐏𝐚𝐝𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐀𝐢𝐫𝐏𝐨𝐝𝐬.

The initiative added a fun and rewarding twist to the Expo, energizing the crowd and bringing attention to LDTP’s impact on digital skills, access, and innovation in Liberia.
