It was an absolute pleasure to officially form part of the closing ceremony of the “National Cadet Program” (NCP) organized and funded by the Government (Ministry of Youths and Sports), United Nations Development Program (UNDP) and other partners.
In a brief remark at the Official closing ceremony of the “National Cadet Program” (NCP) as partners and host Institution, “Leading By Integrity” (LBI)
we did appreciated the Government (Ministry of Youths and Sports), United Nations Development Program (UNDP) and other partners, for creating the Space and Opportunity for the youths to Learn, Experience, Grow, Network and Explore in the larger society.

On the other hand, we are also encouraging National Government to increase the budgetary allotment for the (Ministry of Youths and Sports) in order to implement and to execute their function properly and timely, at the same time we also used this medium to remind the Government of her Promises, Plan, Intention and Commitment towards the youthful populace of our Country.

H.E. Amb. Joseph N. Boakai Sr. once said that- “The will be absolutely no business as usual” if concerns are not shown or improvement made to improve the livelihood of the young people, than there will be a need/reasons we will start to judge the Book by its Cover.

From all indication, the YOUTHS are actually facing serious Challenges; The Gov’t needs to pay knee attention.

“Leading By Integrity” (LBI) Says;
“There absolutely No Excuse for not doing the right Thing”
