🧃 Alcohol-free cider with cranberry and orange

Ingredients:
2 apples (1 red and 1 green)
1 orange
200ml apple juice
two sticks of cinnamon
2 star anises
50g cranberries

Method:
We suggest adding a few juniper berries as well.
Add apples, orange and cranberries to the apple juice, then add all the spices and heat for about 10 minutes. Stir slightly and that's it. Serve our warming drink.

🥔Potato hash browns with ham and cheese

Ingredients:â € â €
370g potatoes
1 egg ⠀⠀
100g ham â €
50g cheese â €
30g wheat flour â €
Salt and pepper to taste
Cooking oilâ €

Method:â € â €
1. Grate the potatoes on a coarse grater, don't squeeze. Add the egg and stir. ⠀⠀.
2. Dice the ham and grate the cheese. Mix with the potatoes.
Add flour, salt and pepper. Stir again. â €
3. Bake in a well preheated frying pan in a little oil with a lid on over low heat on both sides.
4. Serve with sour cream or yogurt.

Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients:
20 large mushrooms (stems removed)
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
2 garlic cloves (minced)
1/4 cup parsley (chopped)
1/4 cup cream cheese
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Recipe:
Prep Mushrooms: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems, saving the stems for the filling.

Make Filling: Finely chop the mushroom stems. Sauté in olive oil with garlic until softened. Remove from heat and mix with breadcrumbs, Parmesan, parsley, cream cheese, salt, and pepper.

Stuff Mushrooms: Spoon the mixture into each mushroom cap. Arrange on a baking sheet.

Bake: Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 20–25 minutes until golden.

Serve: Let cool slightly before serving.
