Project i51 was designed with a strong emphasis on simplicity, warmth, natural textures, and timeless spatial harmony. Inspired by the philosophy of Wabi Sabi, the interior composition embraces imperfection, authenticity, and understated elegance while maintaining the clean sophistication of modern design principles. The interior palette is defined by soft earthy tones, textured finishes, warm timber elements, natural fabrics, and carefully selected statement furniture pieces that collectively create a tranquil and welcoming atmosphere. Here we proudly present Project D180, a thoughtfully designed 3,000 SqFt contemporary residence crafted to reflect modern living with a strong emphasis on comfort, functionality, and aesthetic harmony. Project D180 is a refined interpretation of contemporary tropical architecture, where clean lines, balanced proportions, and practical spatial planning come together seamlessly. The façade composition blends modern materials with subtle textures and warm tones, creating a visually appealing yet timeless architectural identity.
Designed to optimize every square foot, this residence ensures efficient space utilization while maintaining a sense of openness and comfort. The internal layout is carefully organized to enhance natural ventilation and daylight pe*******on, reducing dependency on artificial lighting and improving overall living quality. Large openings, shaded elements, and strategically placed voids strengthen the indoor-outdoor relationship while responding effectively to the tropical climate.
The design incorporates functional zoning to clearly define private and common areas, ensuring both privacy and ease of movement. Outdoor extensions such as balconies and landscaped areas introduce greenery, contributing to a calm and refreshing residential environment.
Material selection has been carried out with a focus on durability, low maintenance, and long term performance, while maintaining a refined visual appeal.
