📏 1️⃣ අනුමත කරන ලද Survey Plan එක (මිනුම් සැලැස්ම)

Licensed surveyor කෙනෙක් විසින් සකස් කර අදාල ප්‍රාදේශීය පාලන ආයතනයකින් අනුමත කරන ලද Survey Plan එකක් අවශ්‍යයි.

මෙහි දක්වන්නේ:

📍 ඉඩමේ ප්‍රමාණය
📍 Road access
📍 අසල්වැසි ඉඩම්

🏗️ 2️⃣ Council Drawings (Building Drawings)

Building design එකට අදාල Council Drawing පිටපත් 4ක්

සාමාන්‍යයෙන් ඇතුළත් වෙනවා:

📐 Floor Plans
🏡 Elevations
📊 Sections
🗺️ Site Plan
🏗️ Foundation details and Door window schedule

👷‍♂️ 3️⃣ Structural Engineer Approval (අවශ්‍ය අවස්තා වලදි )

Building එක structurally safe සහ මායිම් බිත්ති වලින් අනෙක් ඉඩම් වලට ගැටලුවක් නැති design එකක් කියලා certify කරන Structural Engineer Approval.

🧑‍🎨 4️⃣ Charted Architect / Designer Certification

Design එක වර්ග අඩි 5000 වැඩිනම් මෙම certification ප්‍රාදේශිය පාලන ආයතනයට අවශ්‍ය වෙනවා.

📜 5️⃣ Land Deed (ඉඩමේ ඔප්පුව)

ඉඩමේ නීත්‍යානුකූල අයිතිය තහවුරු කරන Land Deed copy එකක් අවශ්‍යයි.

🪪 6️⃣ NIC Copy

ඉඩම් හිමිකරුගේ ජාතික හැඳිනුම් පතේ පිටපතක් submit කරන්න වෙනවා.

🧾 7️⃣ Assessment / Tax Details ( වරිපනම් )

සමහර ප්‍රාදේශිය ආයතන වලට අවශ්‍ය වෙනවා:

🏷️ වරිපනම් අංකය ( ඉඩමේ අයිතිකරුගේ නමට තිබිය යුතුයි )
💰 වරිපනම් අන්තිම මාසය දක්වා ගෙවී තිබිය යුතුයි.

📝 8️⃣ Building Application Form

ප්‍රාදේශිය සභාවෙන් ලබාදෙන Building Approval Application Form (ගොඩැනැගිලි අයදුම්පත) එක fill කරලා submit කරන්න වෙනවා.

📢9️⃣ දිවුරුම් ප්‍රකාශය මායිම් බිත්ති සහ මායිම් තාප්ප වලින් අවට ඉඩම් වලට හානියක් නොවන බවට සහ එසේ උවහොත් එයට වග කියන බවට අයිති කරු විසින් ප්‍රාදේශිය පාලන ආයතනයට ලබාදෙන දිවුරුම් ප්‍රකාශය
