We are proud to announce the successful launch of ApeGamen .com, an innovative e-market website developed by CodeScale Pvt Ltd in collaboration with the Community Development Unit, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Peradeniya.

This initiative was funded by the Community Development Unit, reflecting a meaningful partnership between academia and industry. CodeScale Pvt Ltd was entrusted with the end-to-end development of the platform, delivering a digital marketplace designed to empower communities and enhance market access.

The website was officially launched by Vice Chancellor Prof. Terrance Madhujith. The event was further graced by the presence of Prof. Barana Jayawardhana, Dean of the Faculty of Agriculture, and Prof. Gamini Pushpakumara, Director of the Postgraduate Institute of Agriculture, who held seats at the ceremony.

We also value the participation of our partner institutions, the Institute of Policy Studies of Sri Lanka, Mallawa Insight, the Open University of Sri Lanka, and the Hector Kobbekaduwa Agrarian Research and Training Institute, whose engagement strengthened this milestone event.

Our sincere appreciation goes to Professor Jeevika and Dr. Anuradha for their invaluable guidance and leadership throughout the project.

This collaboration stands as a testament to what can be achieved when institutions and industry come together to create sustainable digital solutions for community development.
