An extra special dinner service last night, cooking up a 4 course for a family so close to me, they're like my second family ❤️
hope you guys enjoyed the meal as much as we enjoyed preparing it.

The brief was to fuse French and Italian 🇫🇷+🇮🇹
The result -> French Crepes filled with a Citrus Curd and topped with torched Italian Meringue. Threw on some England as well with the Toffee as a garnish
The overall dish is reminiscent of a deconstructed lemon meringue pie and (pardon my bias) all the flavors and textures worked incredibly well together because of this.
