As part of Stress Awareness Month, the Colombo Stock Exchange HR team conducted a Stress Management & Mindfulness awareness session for employees as part of its employee wellbeing initiative.

Facilitated by Ms. Maya Dissanayake, MSc - Counseling Psychologist, Lecturer, Corporate Trainer, and Certified Life & Parenting Coach, the session shared practical techniques to manage stress, build resilience, and support overall wellbeing.
