You profit from the labour of women workers. You market yourselves through their skill, their productivity, and their dedication. But when accountability is demanded, you retreat behind investigations, procedures, and silence. That is not accountability. You do not get to celebrate and claim "women's empowerment" when women workers have to put themselves at risk to create your profits and ignore them when justice is demanded.

Eight months later, we are still waiting for transparency. Still waiting for answers. Still waiting for accountability. The lives of women workers are not disposable. And neither your profits nor your reputation place you above scrutiny or accountability.

We convened a roundtable entitled "Feminist political communication in the age of fascism: The story of Nāari Politics, a Sri Lankan Canadian initiative" at the 2026 annual conference of the Canadian Political Science Association.

We heartily thank the CPSA President, office bearers and staff members for their support, and to everyone who attended our roundtable discussion. We were able to create a space of transnational feminist solidarity and sisterhood!
