If you enjoy handling SEO campaigns independently and mentoring junior team members, this role is for you.
YOU WILL:
Handle 1 to 5 SEO projects end-to-end
Execute On-Page, Off-Page and Technical SEO
Set KPIs and track campaign performance
Prepare SEO reports and performance insights
Coordinate with Content, Tech and Design teams
Train and guide junior SEO executives

YOU SHOULD HAVE:
Strong hands-on SEO experience
Good knowledge of Semrush, Ahrefs and Google tools
Experience managing multiple projects
Strong English communication skills
Ability to explain SEO performance clearly

We’re Hiring: SEO Manager/ Lead (Onsite - Colombo 03)

If you enjoy owning SEO projects end-to-end and working closely with tech, content, and marketing teams, this role is for you.

You will:
- Lead SEO strategy across multiple projects
- Set clear KPIs and track performance
- Work on On-Page, Off-Page & Technical SEO
- Plan content based on search intent & funnels
- Coordinate with Tech, Design & Content teams
- Use data to find growth opportunities
- Handle competitive and challenging markets

You should have:
- Strong experience in SEO (Senior / Lead level)
- Hands-on knowledge of Semrush, Ahrefs, and Similarweb
- Good understanding of Google Analytics & Search Console
- Experience handling projects independently
- Clear understanding of user journey & conversions
- Ability to explain SEO simply to non-SEO teams
