Develop project scope, objectives and plan.
Great management and communication skills.
Able to work independently and within a team.
Able to lead a team and solve problems.
Coordinate activities across different organizational functions.
Ensure that the assigned work is on track to meet the deadlines.
Able to track and report each project’s performance.
Determine and take corrective actions.
Assist in developing project proposals.
Experience in web and mobile development projects in Wordpress, Laravel, and e-commerce platforms.

📣 We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team!

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures, as well as experience working in a fast-paced digital environment.

📝 Responsibilities

- Accurate and timely preparation and submission of monthly management accounts, quarterly financials, and audited financials in line with accounting standards.
- Recording all financial transactions as per accounting rules.
- Management of expense sheets and production expenses reimbursements.
- Thorough analysis of financial statements and presenting results.
- Proactive preparation of monthly cash flow forecasts and annual budgets, while also monitoring actual performance.
- Promptly providing any financial information requested by management.
- Engaging with auditors, company secretary, bankers, and relevant government authorities.
- Adherence to all relevant business tax and regulations.
- Ensuring absolute compliance with statutory requirements.
- Managing and strategizing cash flow.

🎯Qualifications

- Part qualification in ICASL & ACCA or full qualification in AAT.
- A minimum of one year's experience in a similar position.
- High proficiency in Quick Books Accounting software and MS Office Suite.
- Fluency in English and Sinhala.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- An ability to work independently with minimal supervision, but also be a strong team player.
- An ability to work effectively under pressure.
