The Loaded Loaf

Ingredients
• Bread - 4
• Onions - 4 sliced
• Jaggery - ½ sliced
• Salt
• Cooking Oil
• Chili Powder
• Parsley
• Sausages
• Mozzarella Cheese - ½ packet
• Cheese Slices - 8

For the Garlic Paste
• Olive Oil - 2 to 3 tbsp
• Garlic - 4 bulbs
• Butter - 1 tbsp
• Parsley

Instructions
- Slice onions & jaggery
- As oil to a pan & once heated add the onions followed by the jaggery.
- Mix well until onions are tender
- Add salt to taste & chili powder

For the Garlic Paste
- Add garlic to a baking tray.
- Drizzle olive oil & salt
- Bake for 45 min to 1 hour at 250°c until garlic is soft
- Mash in a bowl, add butter and finery chopped parsley. Mix well

For the Bread
- Remove the top crust & scoop out the crumb to make a bowl for the filling
- Spread the garlic paste evenly
- Add caramelized onions, sausages (or any meat of your choice), mozzarella cheese & cheese slices
- Bake for 30 to 45 mins at 200°c or until the bread & cheese are golden brown
- Garnish with parsley
