Anas Azwer's 12 Years of HR-ism | A Journey Beyond Titles

What started on April 14, 2014, as just a job to earn a living has evolved into a journey that shaped my identity, mindset, and purpose. These 12 years were not smooth, not easy, and definitely not perfect, but every challenge carried a lesson, and every setback built resilience.

From having no skills and facing repeated failures, to learning, unlearning, and growing through real-world experiences, this journey was built on one principle: PESH – Passion, Enthusiasm, Sincerity, and Hard Work.

This 12-page e-book is not a story of success alone. It reflects struggles, mistakes, discipline, respect for the profession, and the mindset required to survive and grow in the field of Human Resource Management.
