🏥 2024 ජනවාරි 6 වෙනි දින උදෑසන 9.00 සිට පස්වරු 4.00 දක්වා ඔබට ආසන්නයේම ඇති එන්නත්කරණ සායනයෙන් මෙම අමතර සරම්ප එන්නත් මාත්‍රාව ලබාගැනීමේ හැකියාව පවතී.

✅ මෙය මාස 9 දී සහ අවුරුදු 3 දී දැනට ලබා දෙන සරම්ප එන්නත් මාත්‍රා දෙකට අමතරව ලබා දෙන අතර එම එන්නත් වර්ගයම (MMR) භාවිතයට ගැනේ.
