Recently came across some really inspiring words
“Until you are well you have 1000s of problems, but when you are sick you suddenly only have 1 problem.”

Many a times we take our health and wellness for granted, neglecting self-care and abandoning our own wellbeing. We often forget that I, myself being strong is how strength can be passed on to others.

So this 2026, let’s have 1000s of problems (or opportunities as we’d like to call it) instead of just the 1, so that our lives are abundant and fulfilling..
