📢 Calling All Change-Makers! Become a Certified National-Level Trainer 🇱🇰

Are you a professional, youth leader, or activist passionate about democracy and good governance? Volunteer Initiatives for Election Watch (VIEW) and AFRIEL Youth Network are excited to announce the Call for Applications for the 2nd Batch of our Training of Trainers (TOT) Program 2026/27!

This comprehensive, one-year program is designed to build a new generation of trainers capable of promoting participatory democracy, accountability, and the right to information across Sri Lanka.

✨ What’s in it for you?

Certification: Become a certified national-level civic educator and community trainer.

Expertise: Gain in-depth knowledge in 15 key thematic areas, including election law and governance.

Opportunity: Conduct nationwide training sessions (at least 50 sessions within a year) after successful completion.

Networking: Build strong connections with professionals and youth leaders island-wide.

Cost: This program is provided Free of Charge.

👥 Who can apply?

Individuals aged 18–35 years.

Youth, government officials, civil society activists, and media professionals.

Those with a strong commitment to democratic values and social engagement.

Duration: 1 Year (Theoretical + Practical sessions).
