PERIOD PROUD Kite Festival!
Held on International Menstrual Hygiene Day (May 28), the Period Proud Kite Festival was more than just a celebration, it was a powerful finale to the Collective Action Against Period Poverty (CAAPP) project.
This inspiring journey, made possible through a groundbreaking partnership with the Embassy of France in Sri Lanka and the Maldives, brought much-needed attention, resources, and compassion to an issue too often overlooked.
Hereโs a little throwback to a day filled with hope, pride, and kites that carried our message high into the sky. ๐ชโค๏ธ
