Our experiences may look different. Our support structures may not be the same. But for each one of us, there will be that area we wished that we had more support in.

For me it was breastfeeding, and yes I mourned how unnecessarily difficult the process was as a result. But it also birthed The Milk Coach, and my desire to help even just ONE mum to feel supported where they previously were not.

So for each one of you, you may feel disappointed or even angry, you may wish that it was different, and that you had more support in that one area (or two or three!) I'm sending a big hug to you 🤗 But you can also use your experience to make sure that with the next mum you come across, you know how to support them.
