Ladies ladies ladies his is how you can finally lose that stubborn belly fat and see your strong, confident physique.
My clients lose body fat and build muscle and see a significant difference in their body composition and strength compared to just 6 months ago. They implemented this strategy.
We removed friction around getting their food in and followed a structured full body training plan for Monday Wednesday and Friday. Along with walking the days they aren’t in training with or doing one of my classes for cardio.
They are busy corporate women who don’t have time to log every meal into MyFitnessPal, build their own workouts, or cook daily.
So I did the work for them.
I calculated their macros.They still ate foods they enjoyed because it’s built directly into the plan so it didn’t feel restrictive.
Their meals came from PLATED Meal Prep.
