네거티브 갤러리에서 4월 19일부터 파비앙 뒤부아 작가의 Divagation Vendéenne 사진전시를 합니다.
프랑스 파리를 베이스로 활동하고있는 작가는 이번에 프랑스 작은 마을에서 찍은 흑백사진에 일본의 오랜 기법인 조킨가게라는 특별한 리터칭을 더해 표현한 작품들로 독특한 질감을 느낄수 있는 사진들입니다.
물론 19일 오프닝에는 작가를 포함한 많은 게스트들이 참여를합니다.

Divagation Vendéenne - Fabien DUBOIS
“Divagation Vendéenne” shows Fabien’s wanderings in the Breton Vendée marshlands in
France.
For this series Fabien used the old handmade Japanese retouching technique that dates
back to the years 1920 - 1930 called “Zokin-Gake”.
As Fabien says – “Together with the images and the “Zokin-Gake” it brings back certain
melancholy that touched me when I first arrived in those marshlands. As luck would have
it, I went back to where I spent a good part of my childhood holidays.”
