🚀 Leveling Up Social Media Skills!

ICONE recently hosted a 2-day technical workshop on basic content creation for social media in Siem Reap (15-16 Jan) and Battambang (20-21 Jan).

Participants learned key skills including:
✨ Digital marketing fundamentals
✨ Page setup & copywriting
✨ Canva design for social media
✨ Mobile videography & video editing
✨ Facebook & TikTok boosting

The hands-on sessions and practical exercises allowed participants to improve their social media pages, create engaging content, and learn promotion strategies to grow their businesses online.

🎓 I4D Program | Internship Final Workshop & Graduation Ceremony 🌱

On the 14th of this month, ICONE hosted the I4D Marketing Internship Final Workshop and Graduation Ceremony, marking an important milestone for our interns who began their journey as early as June 2025.

Over the past 3 months, our interns have grown from learners into young professionals, building practical marketing skills, developing career readiness, and gaining real-world experience with partner companies.

✨ Even more proudly, many of our interns have been offered full-time positions at their host companies, an incredible achievement for the interns themselves and a strong testament to the impact of the ICONE I4D initiative in bridging education and employment.

We are delighted to announce the successfully completion of our two-days workshop on “Driving Productivity Through Effective HR Policy and SOP” on 11–12 November 2025 in Siem Reap, facilitated by Ms. Leap Somaly, HR and OD Consultant.

This training was designed to support businesses in strengthening their internal systems by equipping HR professionals and managers with practical knowledge and tools to improve productivity through well-structured HR policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

🔑 Key outcomes of the training included:

✔️ Enhanced understanding of how effective HR policies and SOPs contribute to productivity and operational consistency
✔️ Identification of critical people-related processes that influence organizational performance
✔️ Practical guidance on designing and refining workplace policies and SOPs to ensure efficiency and compliance
✔️ Best practices for documenting, communicating, and implementing procedures across teams
✔️ Development of actionable plans to support sustained productivity improvement within organizations

Through this initiative, ICONE Cambodia reaffirmed its commitment to supporting businesses by building their capacity to implement people-centered, efficient, and sustainable HR systems that drive long-term growth.
