We've started building apps and AI for hospitality.

We're not the first - but here's the difference - Unlike most developers, our ideas come from 34 years of experience. Trial and error. Fixing things that were broken in the real world, not hypothesised or created by AI with the hope to make a few quick bucks.

The input for this took weeks. Trial and error, totalling over 20000 words of data. Tested in Replit, where it chewed all our money because we went in blind, and didn't know what we didn't know - much like most of the hospitality operators we meet.
