The Early Childhood Development Network For Kenya (ECDNeK) coordinated Kenyan colleagues present in Addis Ababa ahead of the Africa Childcare conference hosted by The African Early Childhood Network (AfECN) and partnered with the African Union to meet the PS Children welfare services Madam Karen Agengo .
