Yesterday I witnessed an old woman faint because of queing to reverse her money. I had to request my team to assist her. Sometimes clients line up waiting to report phones/ sim cards have been stolen only to be referred to a different branch after queuing for hours.The most affected are banks, safaricom, hospitals, kra, Kplc, water, insurance companies . Huduma centers. Airtel Providers stop being lazy wake up how do you expect a bleeding person to que because someone suffering from Allergy arrived before him. Am disappointed 😞 😔.
