Meru County governor alongside top leadership of the national government visited business premises affected by yesterday’s riots.
Among the affected businesses are Magunas Supermarket-Makutano , 7/11 Lounge, Selenite Supermarket and Bei Sawa Supermarket all domiciled within Meru Town Kenya
‘What I saw was painful. Our people's sweat, investments, and hopes reduced to ashes and rubble. The scenes of destruction, theft, and intimidation were not acts of protest, but acts of war against the dignity and prosperity of the people of Meru.
