In addition to being a Full Spectrum Doula, I am also a Newborn Care Specialist. One of the main things that differentiate the two is as a NCS my main focus is baby, interaction with mom is minimal. I’m focusing on development as well as any goals that the parents and I have set (I.e. sleeping through the night, getting baby to self soothe) This is a great service for new parents who need newborn care education or even parents who just need to get a full nights rest knowing baby is safe & well taken care of 🫶🏽 Video depicts what a typical night with baby looks like. What a year, I had such big plans for this year but in the end they weren’t even big enough.
I found my footing and grew as a doula, able to connect with some amazing people, and even finished my certification through BADT. 22 was filled with love, loss and learned lessons and I’m so grateful for it.
I’m forever appreciative to the mothers & their families for who I was able to support during such an intimate and vulnerable time. I love y’all

2023 I have so many more goals mapped out for myself as a birth worker and I can’t wait to share them with you all along the way ✨
